Episode #45 Krista Isaacson with Talia Riley

Krista M. Isaacson is first and most joyfully, a married mother and grandmother of six children and 2 1/2 grandbabies. She is the author of the memoir, Unbearable Burden: One Mother’s Decision to Trust God When He Asked the Impossible. It's the story of her 2-year-old daughter's death from a cancerous brain tumor only 30 hours after diagnosis and how God taught her to survive that loss. Krista’s passion for writing and sharing her testimony of Christ has led to incredible opportunities to speak at various conferences and venues, including BYU Women’s Conference, BYU’s Life After Loss Conference, BYU Education Week, BYUtv’s Come Follow Up, several writing conferences, on many podcasts and church videos, and ward and stake events like this one tonight. She is a contributing writer for LDS Living magazine and a business content writer with Powder Days Marketing. She's currently working on two new collaborative book projects with Cedar Fort Publishing; Women Read Scripture: 365 Daily Devotionals from the Old Testament, (which will be released later this year), and 365 Daily Devotionals from the New Testament (which will come out next year). Perhaps her dearest wish is that one day you'll find her in London, mudlarking for treasure on the foreshore of the Thaemes. @kristamisaacson www.kristamisaacson
