Sarah Foley, more known as Vertical Blonde, is a transformational speaker and soul-centered speaking coach, and has made it her mission to help others go from I can’t to Icon. She is a firm believer that if we do not own our story, our story will end up owning us. After experiencing her entire identity crushed from a debilitating accident in 2012, Sarah learned how to experience the richness and beauty of life through unexpected ways. She has been featured on major stages and platforms all over the US, including being featured multiple times on the Tony Robbins podcast, in Your Second Act by Patricia Heston and on the Mel Robbins show. Sarah’s helped thousands experience their best life through her programs and stages. Today Sarah is passionate about guiding and witnessing the shift in others as they make the vertical decision to take ownership of their story. In order to go from I can’t to Icon, they embark on a journey to create their Iconic Identity, which will become the true north for every thought, belief and action in order to pursue the life of their dreams. Her real joy comes when they lean in to the desire to share their story from stage with her growing Iconic Speaker Academy, where she uses her experience in television, health and wellness, beauty, keynote speaking, Tony Robbins’ Certified breakthrough strategies, script writing, sales, improv, acting and leadership to help them craft and deliver their story as the Icons they are. Sarah loves the warmer climates and lived 5 years in Maui where she learned several Hawaiian traditions which serve as a big part of the foundation of her teachings.
